Its highlights include an increase in engine output to 755 horsepower thanks to a higher-capacity fuel pump, and a beefed-up head gasket, and forged aluminum pistons. The free-flowing quad-tailpipe titanium exhaust system removed 8.3 pounds of weight when compared to the system on the 720S. Lightweight race seats, ultralight alloy wheels, polycarbonate rear side glazing, and even the removal of interior carpeting also removed pounds. If you want to go even lighter McLaren can remove air conditioning or infotainment systems. But most buyers will want to add a bit of luxury, including plusher sports seats, parking sensors, a front-axle lift, and a 12-speaker Bower & Wilkins audio system.
